It seems that Pennsylvania authorities have refiled charges against two eBay Trading Assistants for violations of the PA Auctioneers laws. According to this article: http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/chi-ebay_hamilljan14,1,6188387.story?ctrack=3&cset=true PA officials have ADDED charges against the two. This action was taken after efforts that had been made to enact legislation to exempt those internet marketers selling items for other others, failed.

Those selling on eBay or other venues including their own websites in PA should take notice of this action!
