eBay announced via their General Announcements board their newest attempt at attracting new buyers. Called "Guest Buying" it allows non regsitered buyers to make purchases on the site. There are restrictions, buyers must use credit cards (an opportunity for credit card fraudsters) and buyers will not be able to leave feedback for the transaction.

There is significant concern from eBay sellers, and I have to say, when I first read the announcement my initial reaction is echoed by many of the posters on the eBay discussion boards.
