Should eBay Discontinue NEUTRAL Feedback?
Many eBay sellers have been designated by eBay as Non Performing Sellers partially based on their feedback ratings. Feedback ratings that include Neutrals. It has been reported to me that these neutrals are being considered negatives by eBay.
I for one believe that a positive is a positive, and a negative is a negative, and a neutral is a neutral, neither positive or negative. It appears though that eBay's Trust & Safety has taken the position that if a feedback is not positive then it must be negative. I am afraid I do not understand this logic since eBay created the feedback ratings and eBay states in the A-Z answer pages that neutrals do not count for or against your feedback numbers.

In any case, I do believe in the feedback system, and think maybe it is time for eBay to revisit the process and give users just 2 options,, Thumbs UP or Thumbs Down, and remove the inbetween.
Just my thoughts.
